Waisted silhouette is juxtaposed with exaggerated empire and
trapeze lines. Sharp angles are conspicuous by their absence. Circular cut
dresses and sirts and contoured jackets are moulded to the body and peel away
to reveal caged leather corsetry beneath.
This Summer collection embellishment becomes increasingly
elaborate. No surface is left untreated. Pnelling, pleating, ruching, waterfall
ruffles and frills. Laser cut patent leather and hammered metal harnessing.
Silk, lace, pearl and metal-encrusted embroideries degrade
in places and in others appear almost to grow on the body, creeping from
hemline to head.
