It's Oscar time, This is Top 5 Red Carpet Looks for It.

Believe it or not, before the Oscar frenzy begins in February, celebs will be busy behind the scenes running to designers' showrooms to choose their gowns hot off the runway from the Spring 2013 collections.

It may be a little early in the year to be talking about who will be wearing what at the Oscars, but fashion months has just finished and if you were an A-lister wouldn't you want to have first dibs on the hottest catwalk dresses out there?! Take a look at FashionTV top 5 Oscar pick of the season.

1. Elie Saab

The sequined cocktail numbers came in color blockings of raspberry pink, ivory, and midnight blue, some with geometric lace trimmings and all which hugged every inch of the sexy runway models' bodies. Just take a look at the cropped sleeve dress on Magdalena Frackowiak, and see what we mean.
These beautiful gowns would look jaw droppingly spectacular on the likes of actress Michelle Williams, Emma Stone, and the curvalicious Beyonce.

2. Zac Posen

He knows how to wow a crowd with his tour de force gowns, and this Spring 2013 collection saw a cocktail of 1940s style old Hollywood dresses hit runway with fishtail hemlines, fiery hues, and body conscious silhouttes. Naturally, pleating and pin tucking. We've got  our hearts set on Penelope Cruz rocking the Oscar's in Posen's blood orange silk gown, it's hot!

3. Marchesa

Designer Georgia Chapman and Keren Craig's high wattage gowns this New York Fashion Week took a trip across the continent and were inspired by India in the 1960s. The result, was an array of dreamy pieces frilled layers, shiny jeweled tunic tops, and metallic hues that dazzled the runway, making for the ultimate red carpet show stopper.

4. Reem Acra

This season she mixed sweet with sexy in a collection inspired by Aaron Young's iconic motorcycle art. The FashionTV team can totally see the likes of Gwen Stefani or Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas rockin' one of these daring looks! We are loving that red figure hugging dress with sheer panelled sides in embroidered gold its oozing sex appeal.

5. Rodarte

Game of thrones, Oscar...... here we come! And what better way to do it than in Queen Calissi style. We are talking ultra structured silhuettes, metal sandals, and dragon motifs from Rodarte this Spring. Which we are sure is gonna give the Oscar a sci-fi looking red carpet trend!

DINU BODICIU COLLECTION

Recently graduated from the London College of Fashion, Dinu Bodiciu has already earned the likes of Lady Gaga and the Victoria Albert Museum in London, where Dinu collection was recently showcased. This Romanian born but London based designer reinterprets fabrics and the human body in a surreal manner. Throughout his collection, which recalls one's reflection, every piece only concentrates on the front as the back is "forgotten", just like in a mirror. Through Dinu various creations, the accessories are the most interesting and challenging items, noticeably his very uber extravagant headpieces. As Dinu would say "I perceive garment as an extension of the body and i'm interested in its organic nature".

In using cotton/rayon fabric from Japan, Dinu manages to capture the flatness quality and perception of a reflection. Thinking it through one could say calling him extravagant would be a euphenism. Whilst already capturing the media attention of an array of renowned fashion magazines such as Vogue Japan, Elle Romania and Dazed & Confused, Dinu Bodiciu awaits to surprise us with his upcoming "Madame de...." Spring Summer 2012 Collection.

New Worker..? Here some Tips for Your Style

1. Wear clothes that Impress.

"We like to say that every day is showtime," says Los Angeles public relations guru Harris Shepard. Bosses we spoke with around the country agree: The trend is to look "pulled together" (a phrase that came up again and again). Choose the more tailored option the pants, not the capris; the shirtdress, not the sundress. A no fail rule from designer Liz Lange: "Dress like the women execs at your company." And if they wear hose, so should you.

2. Don't underdo it in casual fields.

"You never know who you will run into," says Erin McPerson, VP of business development for Yahoo. "I learned this the hard way, being in old jeans and Converse when I got an e-mail that one of our biggest media partners was down the hall and would I please step in?" For casual Fridays in corporate-y places, follow the current guidelines. "We still expect employees to dress appropriatelly for meetinngs, even on Fridays," says Audrey Boone Tillman, an executive VP at Aflac. Jeans OK at the office? Wear dark-rinse, rip-free styles.

3. Do light-touch hair and makeup.

Perfection is not the goal; who can manage that every day? Think clean and fresh - sheer foundation, mascara, and neutral liner and lipstick (more professional than gloss). If you wear blush, says Lynn Goldenberg, The Body Shop's director of benefits, "blend well so you don't look like you just came down from a mountain!" For hair, the idea's neat but not fussed with.

4. Reveal nothing.

Do not dress sexy, or even suggestively. No low neclines, high hemlines, too tight anything or stomach exposure. The last thing you want is look like you don't belong.

Leggings in Jean Paul Gaultier Collection

Jean Paul Gaultier presented the range he could be proud of, bright, interesting and wearable. The designer invented new silhouettes, played with dark and vibrant tones, designed unusual accessories and even dyed his blonde models hair blue, orange, white and pink.

While there were plenty of basic pieces in his Fall/Winter 2012/2012 collection, there were even more of those which were extravagant and a little weird (which all together looked great though).

Richly printed jumpsuit was teamed with tangerine colored coat trimmed with faux fur, dress and leggings made of the same fabric which looked more like foil paper were topped with a pretty classic coat, austere business suit was worn with a sexy red biker jacket - these are just a few of the combinations you would examine for long when looking through Gaultier's Fall/Winter 2012/2012 range.

Anne Valerie Hash - RTW Spring 2013 Collection

Her early work was predominantly focused on the idea of the masculine tailored silhouette on the feminime body. Anne's palette was predominantly black and white. In many ways, she has covered the main themes of this season many-many times before. So it was interesting to see her personal offering for spring.

In her collection entitled Electric Nude, the masculine was nowhere to be found. Layers of organza, chiffon, and tulle exaggerated the notion of the feminine in the looks, where underwear could be glimpsed through the limpid iridescent fabrics, and trousers featured transparent panels inset on the side of the leg, stretching from top to bottom. There was also a vibrant, iridescent print that owed something to the idea of the insect or the aquatic. All of these things had their charms.

Anne Valerie Hash had once experimented with silhouette in such deft way, for instance making a collection based on menswear on a little girl - a pattern - cutting feat if ever there was one. Hopefully she will eschew this default French cool take on the silhouette next season.

Copenhagen Fashion Week Spring Summer 2013 - Anne Sofie Madsen

Copenhagen Fashion Week was truly epic. It is unbelievable too see a great number of outstanding designers are out there at the moment. Each and every single artist with his or her unique style, it is fabulous, and this one right here, blew our minds to simply put it. With a Galliano twist, and a dash of flamboyance a la McQueen. Anne Sofie Madsen put on a starling show.

Norse mythology, viking ice queens, clash with punk warrior princesses, tribal patterns in delicate colors, and see through lace pieces. In a hypnotic swirl of grey and pastels, lostamongst feathers and sequins, lies an untamed chimera of modern allure. There's a hint of oriental inspiration, cleverly revealed through intricate origami constructions. As for the prints, they challenge the aesthetics of grotesque, illustrating wonderfully executed gargoyles transposed in surreal polar scenery.
Despite of the wide spectrum of styles of cuts and shapes, the collection is unequivocally cohesive and sent out a powerful message. The visual impact was great, managing to keep the viewers engaged and anxious to see what was going to come up next. The transition from oversized jackets decorated with chains and frays, to a more alternative, reinvented biker kind of items, seemed perfectly natural. A simple, black bathing suit did not appear out of place, but on the contrary, elegantly marked a turning point towards more feminime, yet quirky outfits.
